How long will it take to make my order?

Processing times of our handmade hair tie favors vary with each order. This refers to the time before your order is made:

Non-personalized Favors | 1-2 business days processing

Personalized Favors | 2-5 business days processing

Hair Tie Sets | 1-2 business days processing

Coolers, Totes + Tattoos | 1-2 business days processing


How long does shipping take??

After we process your order delivery will take an additional:

Standard Shipping | approx 2-7 Business Days

Priority Mail | approx 2-4 Business Days

Express Mail | 1-2 Business Days

International Shipping | approx 1-2 Weeks
(Rarely, customs can increase this time to 4-6 weeks)


Can you process my order faster?

Feel free to email us after checkout if you need to request rush processing. We highly recommend purchasing priority mail shipping if you have an event in the near future, in addition to being quicker the tracking and delivery times are much more reliable. Non-rush orders will ship on a first come first serve basis with our current processing time as a guide.

Important | Leaving your event date does not guarantee delivery by that date, you are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping method to have your order arrive at least 1-2 days prior. Confirming to upgrade shipping methods will increase processing time.


Is there a minimum purchase?

Personalized favors (Hashtag/Date/Bride's name etc.) with 1 hair tie per card have a minimum purchase of 10 cards per style. Personalized favors with 2 hair ties on each card have a minimum of 6 cards per style.

Can I return my order?

We gladly accept exchanges. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

We don't accept returns or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of Exchanges

Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

There is a $75 minimum order requirement for all wholesale orders (before shipping costs). Quantity minimums are 6 per style.
